When will this get raised in the British parliament?

It seems, yet again, that the Scottish parliament is ahead of the game compared with the British one.

and Eire have been way ahead for some time…

I was aware that the Irish were well ahead. Of course they didn’t scrap the zero carbon target when the British scrapped theirs. The whole EU now has to build to their national understanding of Zero Carbon and the Irish understanding is probably among the strictest. I guess that Sweden and Finland were ahead of them. -30°C or less tends to concentrate the mind. When I lived in Scandinavia I didn’t go outside in less than -20°C if I could help it.

It’s good the see that the Welsh are taking it seriously too.
