The Minister for Miserable Housing Standards and Maximising Fossil Fuel Use (not his official title!) has issued a consultation on a policy document which includes a section banning local authorities from having stricter planning requirements than the national standard.
LETI is among the organisations that are challenging this and has written a standard response that being a Word document can also be modified to your requirements.
