Asking for friends who have moved back into their home after a deep retrofit.
They have
- 5kw Ecodan with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs
- 13 solar PV panels
- 2 x Fox batteries, each 4 (or maybe 4.8) kW
- MVHR
They use Mel Cloud and Fox Cloud for monitoring purposes, but haven’t really got to grips with how everything is integrated.
The screed floor is still drying out so they’re not quite back to Business as Usual!
But they’re looking for someone who can help explain the current configuration and advise on sheduling and tariffs, both import and export. Are there people around, preferably in Manchester who specialise in doing just this?
Although I have a HP, I don’t have PV or battery storage, and I don’’t even find MelCloud particularly intuitive, so I can’t really help them with the specifics of their setup.
