It seems to me that there has been a lot of down time for the forum the last few days. I’m getting Gateway errors.
My WiFi comes with a rudimentary fire wall and at first I suspected some change in the setup but then I got the same problem when I was away from home and using mobile data.
Currently it’s working again, hence the ability to post this.

Thank you. I first noticed the problem on 28/07 and sent a screenshot to “support”. That wasn’t acknowledged but I just accepted that they were very busy at the time. As an experiment I logged into the main Carbon Coop site, which I very rarely do. That was fine, so I’m suspecting the forum’s host server. I am a member of another forum that uses the same platform but that doesn’t have the same problem.
Hi Tim, thanks for flagging this. Sorry about the slow reply, I have been off on paternity leave, and a few others have been away over the summer, whilst dealing with a lot of different things. Are you still getting this problem? I don’t see anything quite wrong my end at the moment.
Congratulations on qualifying for paternity leave, and of course a bigger congratulations to your wife.
All has been ok recently, other than there being very little activity. Unlike a household with a newborn!
Haha, thanks Tim! It is all going pretty well here, but keeping me busy. We are coming to the end of the summer holidays period, so I expect things will pick up a bit when everyone is back (and starts thinking about the winter weather and October Price Cap (announced on Wednesday 
)).
